Apple Spice Sage Tea: A Cup of Fall Comfort

Hello Healers!
There’s something magical about autumn — crisp air, golden leaves, and the comforting scent of apples and spice drifting through the kitchen. One of my favorite seasonal brews captures that feeling perfectly: Apple Spice Sage Tea. It’s grounding, gently sweet, and full of herbal warmth.
Here’s how to make it:
Slice half of a fresh apple (any variety works, though Honeycrisp or Gala are extra lovely).
Add the apple slices to a small pot with 1 cinnamon stick, 2–3 fresh sage leaves (or 1 tsp dried), and 1 cup of water.
Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes, letting the aroma fill your space.
Strain into your favorite mug and sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste.
The result is a soothing, gently spiced tea with the subtle savor of sage that balances the apple’s sweetness. It’s like sipping the essence of autumn itself.
This tea supports digestion, calms the nerves, and makes a lovely companion for slow mornings or cozy evenings by the window.
So, brew a pot, wrap yourself in a blanket, and taste the season’s simple magic.
Until Next Time!
