Hello Healers!
The New Year is a moment of pause — a gentle threshold between what has been and what’s about to unfold. This simple Chamomile Honey Citrus Punch is designed to be easy, tasty, and symbolic: chamomile for calm and clarity, citrus for brightness and renewal, and honey for sweetness moving forward.
It can be served warm like a tea or chilled as a light, celebratory mocktail, making it perfect for a quiet New Year’s Eve or a small gathering.
What You’ll Need
4 cups water
2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
2–3 tablespoons raw honey (or more to taste — New Year’s deserves sweetness)
Optional garnish: fresh rosemary sprigs or cinnamon sticks
How to Make It
Bring the water to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.
Add the chamomile flowers and citrus slices. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
Strain out the herbs and citrus.
Stir in honey until fully dissolved.
Serve warm, or chill and pour over ice for a refreshing New Year’s mocktail.
This punch is light, floral, and softly sweet — a drink that invites reflection without heaviness and celebration without excess.
A New Year’s Ritual Tip
As you stir in the honey, take a moment to name one intention for the coming year. Let this cup mark the transition — calm, bright, and steady.
Until Next Time!
