💜 Sip Something Stunning:
There’s something a little magical about lavender in a drink—fragrant, floral, and just the right amount of fancy. This Lavender Lemonade is summer in a glass: soothing, refreshing, and almost too pretty to drink (almost).
Perfect for sunny porch moments, garden gatherings, or sending your nervous system a love note.
✨ Ingredients:
1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
½ cup dried culinary lavender (or ⅓ cup fresh)
½ cup honey or agave (adjust to taste)
4 cups water (divided)
Ice + optional lemon slices or lavender sprigs for garnish
🍋 Simple Steps:
Make Lavender Syrup
In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water and the lavender to a gentle boil. Remove from heat, stir in honey, and steep for 15–20 minutes. Strain and cool.
Mix It Up
In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice, lavender syrup, and remaining 3 cups of cold water. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Serve Over Ice
Garnish with a lemon wheel or a lavender sprig if you’re feeling whimsical.
🧘♀️ Why It Works:
Lavender has calming properties that pair beautifully with citrusy brightness. It’s a gentle herbal remedy disguised as a beautiful summer drink.
