Service Description
Looking for personalized herbal guidance without the hassle of scheduling a phone or video call? Our Email Herbal Consultation is designed to give you thoughtful, one-on-one support that fits comfortably into your schedule. We'll discuss your health concerns, wellness goals, lifestyle, and any herbs, supplements, or medications you're currently using. After reviewing your information and communicating with you in depth over email, I'll create a personalized herbal wellness plan tailored to your situation. Your plan may include: • Recommended herbs and why they may be helpful • Suggestions for teas, tinctures, or other herbal preparations • Guidance on how to use your herbs safely and effectively • Lifestyle or wellness suggestions that may support your goals • Answers to your questions throughout the consultation process Your completed herbal wellness plan will be emailed to you within 1–2 business days after we've gathered the information needed to make thoughtful recommendations. This consultation goes into much greater depth than our free Herbal Consultation. We intentionally offer this service by email because it allows for more detailed conversations without the pressure of fitting everything into a single hour-long appointment. You can respond when it's convenient for you, take time to consider your questions, and refer back to our conversation whenever you need it. Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Payment All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your appointment time. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once at no charge with proper notice. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and will not be refunded. Scope of Practice My work is rooted in folk herbalism and is intended to support general wellness. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. If, after reviewing your intake form, I determine that your needs fall outside the scope of my practice, your session will be canceled and you will receive a full refund. Client Responsibility By booking a session, you agree to provide accurate and complete information in your intake form so I can offer safe and appropriate guidance.
