Service Description
This is a focused, one-on-one herbal consultation designed to give you clear, personalized direction. We’ll go over your concerns, goals, and current routines, and I’ll recommend herbs that make sense for your body and situation. You’ll also get guidance on how to use them safely and effectively. After your session, you’ll receive a custom herbal wellness plan emailed to you within 1–2 business days, so you know exactly what to do moving forward. Sessions are 30–45 minutes and take place by phone or Zoom.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Payment All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your appointment time. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once at no charge with proper notice. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and will not be refunded. Scope of Practice My work is rooted in folk herbalism and is intended to support general wellness. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. If, after reviewing your intake form, I determine that your needs fall outside the scope of my practice, your session will be canceled and you will receive a full refund. Client Responsibility By booking a session, you agree to provide accurate and complete information in your intake form so I can offer safe and appropriate guidance.
